I conduct research on machine learning models to predict drug combination therapies for antibiotic resistant bacteria. I've improved the capabilities of INIDIGO (INferring Drug Interactions using chemoGenomics and Orthology) to use orthology-based approaches to train and predict for various bacterial species in addition to E. coli.

I created a challenge for students at the University of Michigan to build a better campus in the face of COVID-19. Over 600 students from across the university came together to create novel solutions to problems that the university will encounter in the fall amid social distancing restrictions.

I co-founded MedLaunch, an engineering design team that builds assistive technologies for disabled people in the local Ann Arbor community. Each year, students work with researchers, physicians, and patients to address unmet needs, with the hopes of delivering a product that improves a person's quality of life.

Perch is a startup that connects students to academic and industrial research jobs. As we tried to grow and find our product-market fit, I led the team in business development, which included conducting customer discovery, market research and marketing.
